For businesses that need a smart, simple presence online.
For businesses that want their website to do more of the work.
An app with your name on it that works on any phone, tablet or computer and can be added to your home screen. It suits service businesses with regular customers: cleaners, dog walkers, gardeners, groomers, tutors, trainers and more.
A phone app for your staff that records each job with a GPS route and photos, even with the phone locked in a pocket. Customers get a report showing where and when the work was done. Android included; iPhone needs an Apple developer account (£79 a year, paid to Apple).
Clients do not buy "automation". They buy time back and fewer things forgotten. Each one is priced separately, from £150.
| Automation | What happens | From |
|---|---|---|
| Enquiry follow-up | New enquiries land in a list, and the customer gets an instant reply. | £150 |
| Booking reminders | Confirmation when booked, and a reminder the day before. | £200 |
| Invoicing | Weekly invoices created and sent, with polite reminders when overdue. | £250 |
| Review requests | A "how did we do?" message with your Google review link after each job. | £150 |
| Weekly summary | An email each Monday: jobs done, money in, money owed. | £200 |
Text messages cost a few pence each to send, so they are charged at cost or included as an allowance in your care plan. Emails are free.
No long contracts: care plans run month to month. Bigger new features are quoted separately, so you always know the cost first.
A starter website usually takes one to two weeks from receiving your words and photos. A business app takes two to four weeks, depending on what it needs to do.
No. Half when you accept the quote, and half when it is finished and you are happy with it.
Your domain name is usually around £10 a year. Hosting, the database and emails run on services that are free at small-business size. If you ever outgrow those free limits, we will tell you before anything costs money.
You do. Accounts are set up in your name, and your customers' details stay in your own database. We handle them only to build and look after your system, under a written data processing agreement.
Yes. We can refresh it, rebuild it, or add an app and automations alongside it. Tell us what you have and we will suggest the simplest option.
No. We are based in South Wales and happy to meet locally, but we work with businesses anywhere in the UK over video calls.
That is normal. Tell us what takes up your time and we will suggest the simplest way to fix it, with a price.
